Troubleshooting

Common issues and how to resolve them in under a minute.

I can't sign in

  • Check the email matches the one the admin created — it's case-sensitive.
  • If you've forgotten the password, click Forgot password on /login.
  • If you're still locked out after 5 attempts, ask your clinic admin to reset your password in Settings → Staff.

The queue isn't updating live

The queue uses Server-Sent Events. If your browser is offline or behind an aggressive firewall, the connection drops. The queue still updates on page refresh, and an "Offline" badge appears in the corner so you know.

The prescription PDF won't open

  • Pop-ups blocked? Allow them for app.meddeskos.com in your browser.
  • The PDF is generated server-side — wait 2–3 seconds and try again.
  • If it still fails, the encounter may be missing the drug-list — go back, add at least one drug, then regenerate.

Drug interaction warning won't go away

You can override with a reason. Type the clinical reason in the override box, then click Confirm override. The override is logged with your user, the drug, the reason, and the timestamp. Audit-friendly.
