MedDeskOS — Doctor-owned clinical OS

About us

A clinic OS designed where it's used: inside Indian OPDs.

We built MedDeskOS because the alternative was three tabs, two notebooks, and a frustrated receptionist.

Why MedDeskOS exists

Every Indian clinic we visited had the same setup: an Excel register on the receptionist's screen, a paper chart in the doctor's drawer, a WhatsApp group for emergencies, and a calculator beside the cash box. The doctors weren't lazy — the existing software was either built for 500-bed hospitals or felt like a 2008 desktop app shrunk into a browser. We started MedDeskOS to ship the third option: a clinic OS that respects how a 2-to-20-doctor practice actually runs.

What we will not compromise on

Speed of the receptionist

Every action should take fewer keystrokes than the paper register it's replacing.

Honesty with the doctor

If a drug interaction is dangerous, we warn — even if it means an extra click.

Sovereignty over the data

Your patients' records belong to you. Export is one click. There is no lock-in.

The team

Built by a small team out of India who've sat in OPD waiting rooms watching the system fail in real time. We talk to clinicians every week, ship every fortnight.

20-minute screen-share. We'll set up a sandbox seeded with your service catalog so you can click around without risk.
