This privacy policy describes how MedDeskOS handles personal and health data under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. We act as a data processor on behalf of your clinic (the data fiduciary). We do not sell, share, or use patient data for marketing or model training. Patient consent is captured at registration and can be withdrawn at any time. Audit logs are retained per DPDP §8(6). For data subject requests, contact privacy@meddeskos.com.
