Getting started

Quickstart

Get a working MedDeskOS clinic up and running in under 15 minutes.

MedDeskOS is delivered as a cloud SaaS. Your clinic doesn't install anything — every staff member opens app.meddeskos.com in a modern browser (Chrome, Edge, Safari) and signs in.

1. Receive your sign-in email

After your demo call, we provision your clinic and email the admin a one-time sign-in link. Use it on a desktop or laptop the first time so you can configure the clinic profile.

2. Configure the clinic profile

  1. Open Settings → Clinic profile.
  2. Fill in clinic name, address, GSTIN (optional), specialties, and clinic phone.
  3. Save. These details appear on every prescription PDF and invoice.

3. Add your staff

Under Settings → Staff, add each doctor, nurse, and receptionist with their email, role, and a temporary password. They'll be prompted to reset it on first login.

4. Add your billable services

Under Settings → Service catalog, add the procedures and consultations you bill for — name, price, GST %. These become the line-item picker in the billing editor.
