Clinic profile, staff, services, and analytics.

Clinic profile

Settings → Clinic profile. Edit name, address, GSTIN, specialties, phone, email. These appear on prescription headers and invoices.

Staff management

  1. Open Settings → Staff.
  2. Click + Add staff. Fill in name, email, phone, role, qualification.
  3. Set a temporary password and share it securely (Signal, in person — not SMS).
  4. To remove access for a leaving staff member, click Deactivate. Their audit trail is preserved; only login is revoked.

Service catalog

Settings → Service catalog. Add each billable service with name, price, and GST %. The catalog populates the billing editor's line-item picker. Archive — never delete — services you no longer offer.

Analytics

Analytics shows clinic-level KPIs for the chosen window (today, 7 days, 30 days). Use the busiest-hours heatmap to plan staffing, and the no-show rate by doctor to spot patterns.
