Can I use MedDeskOS on a tablet or phone?

Yes. The receptionist and doctor views are responsive. For the doctor's main encounter screen, a tablet in landscape or a laptop is recommended — phone works but the SOAP form is cramped on small screens.

Can two doctors run in parallel?

Yes. The queue routes by doctor — each doctor sees only their own active token in consultation. The receptionist sees everyone.

Where is my data stored?

On managed Postgres in Mumbai (ap-south-1). Backups run nightly, retention 30 days. Encryption at rest and in transit.

Can I export everything?

Yes. Patient records export as CSV. Encounters export as FHIR R4 JSON. Both available from the patient detail page or from Settings → Export.

Do you train our staff?

Yes — included in onboarding. One live 30-minute session per role (receptionist, doctor, admin) over Zoom or in-person if you're in Bengaluru, Pune, or Mumbai.
