From calling a patient to handing over the prescription.

Your queue

Open Queue. Your active tokens appear at the top, walk-ins below. Click Call next when you're ready for the next patient.

The encounter

  1. Click the patient's token to open the encounter.
  2. Capture vitals — BP, HR, temp, SpO₂, weight, height. BMI auto-computes.
  3. Write SOAP notes — Subjective, Objective, Assessment, Plan.
  4. Add diagnoses via the ICD-10 autocomplete. Type 3+ letters to search; click to add. Mark the primary diagnosis.

The prescription

Click Add prescription from inside the encounter. Type drug names — the autocomplete covers ~1.05 lakh Indian pharma SKUs. For each drug, set dose, frequency, duration, instructions.

  • Allergy warnings appear if the patient's allergies match the active ingredient. You can override with a reason — the override is logged.
  • Interaction warnings appear for known drug-drug interactions. Same override pattern.
  • Generate PDF renders an A5 prescription in your clinic letterhead. Hand it over or share via WhatsApp.

Closing the encounter

Click Mark complete. The token moves to "Done" in the queue, billing is unlocked for the receptionist, and analytics counts the visit.
