Sandbox-ready, production-bound
The ABDM integration is fully built and runs against the NHA sandbox today. Production credentials are typically issued 4–8 weeks after application; we'll handle that paperwork with you on onboarding.
The problem we solved
ABDM compliance is the National Health Authority's flagship requirement — and every clinic we've talked to either ignores it because the integration is complex, or runs it manually outside their EMR. We made it native: ABHA is a first-class field on the patient record.
Every interaction with the ABDM gateway gets persisted to an AbdmTransaction audit row — Aadhaar masked to last-4 (DPDP requirement), full request/response trail for any future NHA inquiry.
What's in the box
Create ABHA ID
From patient registration, send Aadhaar + OTP to the ABDM sandbox/production endpoint, receive the ABHA ID + ABHA address, link to the patient — all in under a minute. The patient receives an ABDM-issued health card download link.
Verify existing ABHA
Patient already has an ABHA from another clinic? Enter their 14-digit ABHA ID; OTP verification confirms it's theirs; we link it to your clinic's UHID. Their existing health records become reachable (when they consent to share).
ABHA QR on every prescription
Every Rx PDF carries the patient's ABHA QR in the footer. The pharmacy scans it; their dispensing software can fetch the prescription details directly from ABDM without re-keying.
Mock mode for testing
Before NHA approval lands, the system runs in mock mode automatically — clinic staff can rehearse the full flow with generated ABHA IDs. The moment your production credentials are added, mock turns off; nothing else changes.
Audit trail of every call
Every ABDM gateway call logs request, response, status, and any error code — with Aadhaar masked. Compliance officers can pull a clinic's last 12 months of ABDM activity in one query.
Why this matters for an Indian clinic
The government's incentive structure increasingly favours ABDM-onboarded clinics — and patient demand is following. Clinics that already have ABDM enabled will look more credible to a patient with an ABHA card.
And when NHA tightens enforcement (likely within 12–18 months), you'll already be compliant. Not scrambling.
